Today was a great day to be a tutor! For the last couple of months, my current client has cried and wined about hating math and feeling stupid before every session. Today she came in and stated that she feels that this tutoring thing is working. She was able to volunteer to go to the board and do a problem in front of the whole class with much success.  The teacher even told her that she was surprised at her level of confidence. Great work takes time and it was worth it to see her truly happy about herself.
