All Courses are a "First Come, First Serve" process. Courses for the week will be displayed every Sunday morning and notifications will be sent via email through the email list. Make sure you are on my email list.
After enrollment, you will receive a course reminder.
All Zoom classes will be recorded for safety reasons; any information collected will be secured and NOT used by a third party.
Each course will closed after 3 minutes of the start time to ensure full attention to all attendees.
Attendance will be taken 5 minutes prior to the start of the course and will be adjusted until 3-minutes after the designated time period.
If you miss your class, you will NOT be refunded.
If you are having technological problems, please contact your instructor 10-minutes prior to the start of the class.
Emails, phone calls, or text messages will NOT be answered during instruction.

Refunds MAY be awarded for advance discovery of either overlapping schedules or prolonged illness.
The instructor should be given at least 24-hours notice to place a refund claim.
If a class is filled, you can contact the instructor via email to discuss possible alternatives at email@example.com.
The last 5 minutes of class will always be dedicated to the student reflections and feedback. Students will be sent a VideoAsk request to express their feelings about the course via video, text, or audio. Please be honest!
